What you get

The audit doesn't commit you to anything. If you access other services too, it's included in full in First Automation and in Complete System — you don't pay for it twice.

What you get

• What existing documentation can be reused and what needs to be built from scratch

What it contains

• Which tools are allowed and under what conditions
• What data never leaves the company — an explicit list, not general wording
• Who approves a new tool and on what criteria
• How results are checked before reaching a client
• Who is accountable for each system used
• What happens when something goes wrong

Rules don't apply themselves. They work if the team understands them — which is why they're usually paired with a team working day.

• Four working sessions, a final presentation, and a round of adjustments

• A list of questions and objections raised, with answers — useful for those who didn't attend

The four modules

• AI Basics (4 hours) — what it is, how it works, what it can and can't do
• AI Act and Obligations (3 hours) — risk categories, what every employee needs to know
• Practical Use (5 hours) — the right tools, how to phrase requests, how to check results
• Internal Governance (2 hours) — company policy, who's accountable for what, what to do when a problem comes up
